Michael James is of Maori descent originally from New Zealand and he has made Puerto Vallarta his home in 2011. After looking for a property of his own and having dealt with agents who were unable to understand what his requests were as a client, he developed a passion for the profession and decided that real estate was going to be his next venture.
He has worked for the New Zealand Government placing candidates into the workforce achieving successful results for his region. Later on as Chief Recruiter in Human Resources for Sky Tower in Auckland, he managed a team to recruit candidates for vacancies in the tourism, entertainment and hospitality divisions. In addition to his accomplishments in the office, he has also developed a successful career as a male model representing his country internationally as Mr New Zealand 2006.
Having dealt with many people of different cultures and backgrounds whether through his experience in government, hospitality or with non-profit organisations, each experience has enabled him to build a rapport with clients in a very charismatic and confident manner, providing quality satisfaction every step of the way.
Michael James has become familiar with the different lifestyles for living in Beijing, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Paris, Mexico City and New Zealand.
