Casa Playa is the perfect holiday vacation rental. The home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths which comfortably sleeps 6 guests; very tastefully decorated with elegant furniture and art, gourmet kitchen with all the amenities, granite counters, and a small laundry room with washer/ dryer.   This is a private home and only available to rent certain times of the year to a select clientele.
Ample balcony space to enjoy the amazing sunsets Puerto Vallarta is known for; sip on a glass of wine or just read a good book.
The property is located between the Intercontinental Hotel and “El Paredon” residential area. On the south shore of Puerto Vallarta, 10 minutes drive to downtown.
Daily Maid service (except Sunday) is included at no additional charge.   You may opt to have breakfast or lunch by the pool or have it delivered to the comfort of your own home. Order your menu the day before, from a simple scrambled egg to a delicious grilled whole red snapper (minimal cost at guests’ expenses).
The common area includes, two heated pools with cascade, sun lounging area, tables, chairs and a kitchen. Private access to the beach takes you to the Intercontinental Presidente Hotel where you can take advantage of their full resort amenities (additional costs) such as Kayak Rentals, Spa, Gym, Tennis, Restaurants, etc.
The Condominium property has 24 hour security and a full maintenance team with ample parking.
Children welcome 15 and above, please advise during reservations.   Maximum occupancy 6 guests in 3 rooms.  1 king, 1 Queen, 2 twins.  No pets permitted on Condominium property or the condo.
